  • This subscription is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified after payment.
  • If cancellation does not reach us before the billing date, the cycle is billed in full at 100% of the subscription value.

This cancellation policy covers all recurring subscription services offered by EGPHP, including web hosting, VPS, cloud servers, dedicated servers, and the EGPNL control panel.

Notice Period

Notice

To avoid the next billing charge, cancellation must reach us before the billing date. If notice is not received, the period is billed at 100% with no amendments or refunds.

Refunds After Cancellation

Billing for these digital services is non-refundable and cannot be modified once charged. This mirrors the rules in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Subscription Terms.

تنطبق هذه السياسة على كل خدمات الاشتراك المتكرر لدينا: الاستضافة، VPS، السيرفرات السحابية والمخصصة، ولوحة التحكم EGPNL.

يمكنك طلب الإلغاء في أي وقت عبر البريد الإلكتروني m@egphp.com.

مهلة الإلغاء

  • يجب وصول طلب الإلغاء قبل موعد الفوترة التالي؛ إذا لم يصل تُحصَّل قيمة الدورة كاملة بنسبة 100٪.
  • الخدمة غير قابلة للاسترداد أو التعديل بعد الدفع، وذلك وفق سياسة الاسترداد وشروط الاشتراك.
