Overview

This document outlines the terms and conditions for all recurring subscription services offered by EGPHP, including EGPNL Server Control Panel, web hosting plans, VPS, cloud servers, and dedicated servers. By subscribing to any of our services, you agree to these terms.

Subscription Plans & Pricing

Our subscription services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Current pricing (in Egyptian Pounds - EGP):

1. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. The renewal charge will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial subscription.

• Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month
• You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your renewal date
• The renewal amount will be the current subscription price at the time of renewal
• Price changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

• Email us at m@egphp.com with your account details
• Call us at +201062600008 during business hours
• Contact us via WhatsApp at the same number

Cancellation requests must reach us before your next billing date. If notice is not received in time, the upcoming cycle is billed at 100% with no amendments or refunds.

3. Failed Payments

If your payment fails on the renewal date:

• We will attempt to charge your payment method again after 24 hours
• You will receive an email notification about the failed payment
• After 3 failed attempts over 7 days, your service may be suspended
• To avoid service interruption, please ensure your payment method is up to date

4. Refund Policy for Subscriptions

Charges are non-refundable and cannot be amended after payment. If cancellation is not received before the billing date, the full amount remains due.

• Non-refundable: Payments are final once captured.
• No-show / no cancellation: Failure to cancel on time results in 100% billing for that cycle.
• Processing exceptions: If a refund is mandated by applicable law, it will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Service Level Agreement

We commit to providing:

• 99.9% uptime guarantee for all hosting and server services
• 24/7 technical support via email and phone
• Instant service activation upon successful payment
• Free SSL certificates for all hosting plans
• Daily automated backups (retention varies by plan)

6. Changes to Subscription Terms

EGPHP reserves the right to modify these subscription terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
