How our prices work
Before comparing us with another host, compare what the price means. These are the rules behind every price on this page.
The card price is the monthly price
- There is no first-month offer that jumps later: the price on the card is what each month costs.
Renewals keep the price you agreed to
- Existing subscriptions are not repriced when the price list changes. If that ever changes, you get fourteen days' notice before a renewal.
VAT is already inside
- Every price includes 14% VAT, so the figure on the card is the figure you pay.
Stop before the next billing date
- Subscriptions renew on the same date each month. Tell us before that date to stop the next renewal; a billed cycle is not refunded.
The same price for everyone
- There is no free trial, money-back guarantee, referral programme or student discount. You pay by Visa or Mastercard bank card, or with Apple Pay.
