Business email

Email on your own domain, next to your site

Mailboxes on your domain with webmail and forwarding, managed in the EGPNL panel beside your site, its DNS and its backups.

What business email includes

Mailboxes and webmail

Email accounts on your domain, read in the browser or in any mail app on a computer or a phone.

Managed in EGPNL

Accounts and forwarding live in the same panel as your site and its DNS.

Included in the backups

Your automatic backups cover mail along with files and databases.

Bring the old mail with you

Mail can be synced from Google, Yahoo or Microsoft accounts to your domain.

Mail that arrives, not mail that is sent

Whether a message reaches the inbox depends on three DNS records, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, that tell receiving servers the mail is really yours. The guides below walk through each one, and what to check when a message bounces or lands in spam.

Email is sold in packs of 50 or 100 mailboxes, paid monthly or yearly and renewed automatically. Choose a pack, pay online, and we set the mailboxes up on your domain.

IMAP Read mail on every device, with the copy kept on the server
SPF Names the servers allowed to send mail for your domain
DKIM Signs each message so a receiver can tell it was not changed
DMARC Tells receivers what to do with mail that fails those checks

Questions and answers

How is business email priced?

In packs of 50 or 100 mailboxes, paid monthly or yearly. A yearly plan is twelve months at the monthly price, and every price includes 14% VAT. There is no free trial.

Can I read my mail in Outlook, Apple Mail or on my phone?

Yes. Any mail app that speaks IMAP reads a mailbox on your domain, on a computer or a phone, and the copy stays on the server.

Can you move the mail I already have?

Yes. Mail can be synced from Google, Yahoo or Microsoft accounts to your domain, and our free migration moves emails along with the site.

Why does my mail land in spam?

Usually because SPF, DKIM or DMARC is missing or wrong, or because the domain is new and has no sending history yet. Our guide covers both.

Which pack do you need?

Choose a pack, monthly or yearly, pay online, and we set up the mailboxes on your domain.
