Payment Processing & Paymob

All payment transactions on EGPHP are processed securely through Paymob, a licensed payment gateway regulated by the Central Bank of Egypt. When you make a payment:

• Your credit/debit card information is transmitted directly to Paymob using 256-bit SSL encryption
• EGPHP does NOT store, process, or have access to your full card details
• We only receive a transaction reference and confirmation status from Paymob
• Paymob is PCI DSS compliant, ensuring the highest level of payment security
• For recurring subscriptions, Paymob securely stores your card token (not actual card numbers) to process monthly payments

All billed cycles for these digital services are non-refundable and cannot be amended once captured. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing payment.

Data We Share with Payment Processors

To complete your transactions, we share the following information with Paymob:

• Your name and email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Transaction amount and description
• Billing address information

This information is shared solely for the purpose of processing your payment and is protected under Paymob's security measures.

Data Retention

We retain account and billing records only for as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Payment card data is never stored on our servers; Paymob keeps only the secure token required for recurring billing.
