By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Section 1 - Eligibility & Acceptable Use

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm you are of legal age and have authority to contract for digital services (hosting, VPS, cloud, dedicated servers, and the EGPNL control panel). You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, security abuse, spam, or activity that breaches card-scheme or telecom regulations. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

Section 2 - General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service or access to infrastructure where there is abuse, fraud risk, or non-compliance. Operational content (excluding card data) may traverse networks unencrypted; payment data is always encrypted and handled by Paymob under PCI DSS controls.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Information

We work to keep pricing, features, and policy information accurate and current. You are responsible for reviewing updates posted on the site; continued use after changes signifies acceptance.

Section 4 - Modifications to Service and Prices

Subscription fees may change; we provide notice in advance of renewals when pricing is updated. We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features where required for security, compliance, or service quality.

Section 5 - Products & Services

Our services are digital and delivered online. We may limit availability by region or compliance requirements. Provisioning, resource limits, and support levels are detailed on each plan page.

Section 6 - Billing, Renewals & Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle using the original payment method unless cancelled before renewal. Charges are non-refundable and cannot be amended once captured; if cancellation is not received before the billing date, the cycle is billed at 100% per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Section 7 - Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites not operated by us; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Section 8 - Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
